Coach mentoring program
Who is this program for
Coaches interested in applying for an ICF credential via the portfolio route and need to would like to obtain 10 hours of mentoring to fulfil the requirements set by the ICF.
Coaches also interested in applying for their ICF credential via the ACTP route and those wanting to take their coaching skill to a new level would also benefit from attending this program.
About this program
The program uses the ICF competencies as a framework. This is an opportunity for coaches to do live coaching and receive feedback from experienced ICF assessors and coaches. The program has a Q&A component, live coaching, extensive competency focus and exam tips. This program will be run by a PCC or MCC qualified coach and ICF assessor.
Objectives:
- Provide 11 hours of mentoring (8 hours group mentoring and 3 hours individual mentoring)
- Gain confidence with your coaching skills
- Provide answers to support you to understand what is required to achieve an ICF credentials
- Feedback and mentoring based on each of the ICF competencies
- Preparation and practice coaching for ICF verbal exam
Topics include:
- Q & A on ICF credential process
- Applying each of the ICF competencies in the ICF exam
- Role-plays and feedback based on the ICF competencies
- Discussion on how to apply each competency
